Der CYP Innovation Hub vom 2.10.2019 stand ganz unter dem Motto: Innovationsquellen anzapfen, in die Zukunft blicken, netzwerken und die nächsten Trendthemen in der Bildung und im Business erfahren. «Es liegt weder an den Produkten, noch an den Dienstleistungen, sondern an meiner Crew, dass CYP so erfolgreich ist. Denn Produkte und Services sind kopierbar, Menschen aber nicht.» mit diesen Worten eröffnete Thomas Fahrni, CEO, den CYP Innovation Hub. Der Start für einen spannenden, interessanten und erlebbaren Nachmittag - organisiert und unterstützt durch die CYP-Crew - war gelegt.

Mit [Nils Müller](https://www.trendone.com/unternehmen/keynote-speaker/nils-mueller.html) begaben sich alle Gäste auf eine Reise in die Zukunft. Im Workshop mit [Rolf Beck und Bruno Rutishauser](https://pglu.ch/kontakt/) zum Thema „Digitalisierung und wenn Zahlen handfestes bewegen“ konnte mit der Lernumgebung pglu.ch programmiert und informatisches Denken spielerisch erlernt werden. [Stefanie Brändle](https://cyp.ch/de/grundbildung-banking/lernende) liess die Gäste das CYP Lernsetting hautnah erleben. Wie man auf sein Mindset konkret Einfluss nehmen kann, zeigte [Judith Bachmann](https://cyp.ch/de/weiterbildung/skills40) auf. Markus Müller gewährte einen Einblick in eine wissenschaftlich fundierte Methode: #LegoSeriousPlay. Im Referat von Jean-Philipp Hagmann wurden die Gäste inspiriert und erhielten ein Verständnis für radikale Innovation.

Anschliessend hiess es dann „o’zapft is“ und es wurde diskutiert, angestossen und genetzwerkt:

CYP Innovation Hub 2018 from 16.11.2018

The first CYP Innovation Hub was held on 16 November 2018. Thomas Fahrni, CEO, welcomed the guests with the words: «Today is a special day and we are celebrating a première. The day is fundamentally about innovation, networking, experience with digital components and, of course, transfer into education.» He went on to explain that there is a danger of a digital elite emerging and many people falling between two stools in the context of the digital transformation. CYP also sees itself in a position of responsibility here – CYP is not just a strong partner when it comes to training young people. With the new Skills 4.0 certificate course, CYP is also making a contribution to adult education across the board in order to strengthen Switzerland as a business hub.

At the event, [Ricky Sieber](http://www.ricky-live.ch/) conjured up exciting gadgets from his tablet and then put them back in. In a sort of «future space» complete with a chatbot, face recognition, chances to program, a station with use cases in education and a competition, there was a great deal on offer for the participants to experience and discover.
