What do M&M's have in common with Generation Z? What is the right way to deal with bullshit information? How does one learn in a time of sensory overload? How does action-oriented and practical learning work? The CYP Forum 2022 provided the answers to these questions and much more.

An inspiring afternoon with exciting presentations, entertaining workshops, a lively panel discussion, relaxed enjoyment, and top-class speakers:

Monika Urfer-Schumacher - She holds a Master of Public Health and a Master of Advanced Studies in Adult Education and Educational Management FHNW. In her presentation, Monika Urfer-Schumacher highlighted the importance of action-oriented and hands-on learning. Basically, the roles and tasks of the teacher are changing. She primarily becomes a coach, creates a supportive learning environment, and facilitates the learning of job-specific resources and skills.

Prof. Dr. Lutz Jäncke is a neuroscientist and psychologist who has been scientifically studying the human brain and behaviour for decades. Especially the individuality, the extraordinary, the ability to learn but also the tremendous irrationality of humans have fascinated him for many years. He answered the question: Bullshit information - how do you deal with it?

Torben Emmerling is founder and Managing Partner of Affective and author of the D.R.I.V.E.® Framework for Behavioural Economic Strategy Approaches. He is co-founder and board member of the Global Association of Applied Behavioural Scientists GAABS, board member of the Swiss initiative Behavioural Insights for better Politics and Societies BIPS and an experienced lecturer and HBR-published author on behavioural economics, decision sciences and consumer psychology. With Torben Emmerling, we have dived into behavioural psychology and analysed how people behave based on stimuli and how they can influence their behaviour.

The format of this year's CYP Forum 2022, the exchange with the representatives of Generation Z and the immediate practical test was refreshing and stimulating for all participants.
