## The requirements for CYP trainers

Our trainers excel with professional and pedagogical expertise and fulfil the following requirements:

* They have sound knowledge of pedagogy and banking
* They regularly undergo further training in pedagogical and banking-related topics
* They actively coach and support apprentices in their tasks, planning and self-organisation

In addition, CYP promotes continuous dialogue between trainers, vocational schools and banks. This dialogue makes it possible to incorporate practical and innovative approaches directly into teaching and thus further strengthen the relevance and quality of our training courses.

**The versatile roles of the trainers during the lessons**

CYP trainers take on different roles depending on the situation in order to provide apprentices with the best possible support and to organise lessons effectively:

* **Coach**: They actively support apprentices in their learning process with targeted questions, valuable input and conscious interventions
* **Fachexpert:in**: They bring their extensive specialist knowledge and practical experience from day-to-day banking directly into the classroom
* **Schiedsrichter:in**: They ensure that rules are adhered to, clarify violations and promote commitment to each other
* **Organiser**: They provide structure in the classroom by efficiently coordinating time management, group assignments and the functionality of the infrastructure

This flexible understanding of roles enables trainers to provide individualised support to apprentices, provide targeted guidance and support the development of important skills.
