The CYP modules are structured according to the blended learning approach, which optimally combines online learning and face-to-face teaching. They are divided into three coordinated phases: Preparation, face-to-face teaching and follow-up.

## Competences: Foundations for a successful career in banking

The content of the modules is based on the assigned competences with the associated professional competences and performance targets. We teach these during course preparation or face-to-face teaching and help participants to consolidate them. In the follow-up phase, participants consolidate the content. In this way, we promote a lasting understanding.

The modular structure of the CYP modules specifically promotes key competences such as methodological, social, personal and professional skills. In this way, we prepare the participants not only professionally, but also personally and methodically in the best possible way for their tasks.
